The Iasi International Airport is one of the oldest airports in Romania, opening in 1926, and the third busiest in the country. Throughout the years, it has modernised and expanded with the times, with the most recent addition being the development of the T4 passenger terminal overseen by the Austrian firm, Strabag. With an area of 31,210 m2 and an annual capacity of 3.350,000 passengers, the facilities of the T4 terminal were designed to instil a sense of comfort and peace of mind for busy travellers.
