Uniquely situated on Słodowa Island, Concordia Design Wrocław is a 19th-century tenement building transformed into a modern hub of creativity and business, featuring coworking spaces, a restaurant and event area for up to 70 international companies.
Led by Dutch office MVRDV in collaboration with Polish practice Q2 Studio, the project combines historic renovation with modern extension. The interiors, recognized with a coveted ArchDaily Building of the Year award in 2021, seamlessly integrate functionality and aesthetic appeal. To ensure universal comfort, the bathrooms feature a range of Roca products, including the Debba wall-hung basins, Nexo urinals, and The Gap Rimless wall-hung WCs. Complementing these fixtures, the L20 electronic faucets and washbasin faucets with a medical handle complete the bathroom landscape, reflecting the project's commitment to quality and design excellence.
