Roca Group ends 2025 with revenue of 1.96 billion euros and a profit of 43 million euros

• In its commitment to long-term growth, it acquires Antonio Lupi Design and Phoenix Industries in the luxury and premium segment of the market.
• The company allocates 126 million euros to investment in areas such as sustainability, the digitalisation and robotisation of its plants, the connectivity of its products, and the strengthening of its centres of expertise
• In 2026 it obtains the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, for the second year in a row, and is recognised with its inclusion in the Europe’s Climate Leaders 2026 ranking, produced by the Financial Times.

Roca Group, the world leader in the design, production and sale of bathroom products, returns to profit after closing 2025 with net earnings of 43 million euros. This figure contrasts with a negative result of 61 million euros in 2024 due to the Russia effect, a country where it began a process of divestment four years ago by ending its production and commercial activity.

The 2025 financial year took place in a context of stagnation in construction in much of the western markets. Added to this was a change in consumer habits: after several years of high spending on home improvements (driven by the pandemic), consumers began to spend more on services and experiences, thereby reducing spending on categories related to home renovation.

However, under this context, the Group showed notable operating resilience. Net revenue stood at 1.96 billion euros, which represents growth of 3.8% at constant exchange rates compared to the 2024 financial year. However, the depreciation of many currencies in which the group operate resulted in a final sales increase of 0.6%. Meanwhile, gross operating profit (Ebitda) was 273 million euros, in line with previous years.

126 million euros of investment

Roca Group invested 126 million euros in 2025, which went mainly to projects to expand and improve production capacity with new robotic factories, development of the centres of expertise, digitalisation, launch of new products, compliance with the sustainability roadmap, and new Gallery spaces. The company is also exploring possible lines of application of AI to the health segment in the bathroom space.

Commitment to the premium and luxury segment

In line with its commitment to long-term growth, the company strengthened its position with two important corporate operations. Last year it acquired most of the Italian manufacturer Antonio Lupi Design, a world leader in the luxury bathroom segment, an icon of design excellence, and the Australian company Phoenix Industries, a tap and fitting firm in the high-end segment of the market, recognised for its design leadership and with numerous international awards.

Moving forward in sustainability: EcoVadis Platinum Medal and the Europe’s Climate Leaders ranking

The company continues to make progress on its sustainability roadmap and has obtained, for the second year in a row, the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for its performance in sustainability, which places the group among the top 1% of best-rated companies. In addition, it has also reached the Leader category in EcoVadis’ specific assessment on carbon management, the highest rating.

EcoVadis is the most recognised global standard for business sustainability ratings. The EcoVadis assessment covers 21 sustainability criteria in four key areas: environment, labour practices and human rights, ethics, and sustainable purchasing. More than 175,000 companies in 185 countries have been rated by the company. More details and information on Roca Group’s results and the EcoVadis methodology can be found in the EcoVadis Certificate.

Likewise, Roca Group has recently been recognised as one of the leading European companies in climate action in the Europe’s Climate Leaders 2026 ranking, produced by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista. The company is positioned as the leading manufacturer of bathroom products in Europe within this ranking, which assesses companies from all sectors and countries.

Opening of new Gallery spaces

The Roca Galleries are conceived as a forum for meetings between architects, designers, specifiers and professionals in the sector, hosting events, presentations and meetings that explore the role of architecture and design in contemporary life.

Roca Group opened the Delhi Gallery (India) in November 2025, and the Sydney Gallery (Australia) in March 2026. These two new showcases for its international brands Laufen and Roca are part of its international network of Galleries, present in cities such as Barcelona, Berlin, Madrid, Lisbon, London, Shanghai, Beijing and São Paulo. For September this year, the group plans to open a new Gallery in Zagreb, Croatia.
